The heater in our apartment broke
Cold northern nights are not a joke
My feet were like two blocks of ice
I tried to warm them on my lady's thighs
That turned out to be a mistake
It could have resulted in a serious ache
She can go nuts with that knee-jerk reaction
And then I'm the victim of my own desperate taction.
